And because life comes with the occasional surprise, we’ve built warranties into every product line to help protect your investment for those “just in case” moments.

Here’s what our warranty coverage and manufacturer warranties look like across our services:

 

Screen Rooms

Every screen room includes a 5-year labor warranty from us and a 10-year manufacturer warranty on the roof, no matter which level you choose (Good, Better, or Best). That means you’re covered for both structure and materials from day one.

 

Pool Enclosures

Every pool enclosure includes 5-year labor warranties for peace of mind.

  • Good Level: 5-year labor warranty

  • Better Level: 5-year labor warranty, plus 10-year warranty on some screen types

  • Best Level: 5-year labor warranty on the enclosure, and a 10-year warranty on all screens

 

Wood Pergolas

All wood pergolas come with a 1-year warranty and a 5-year labor warranty, covering the structural integrity and our craftsmanship.

 

Motorized Aluminum Louver Pergolas

Our motorized pergolas are built with Azenco’s premium system. Azenco provides a limited warranty, including:

  • 15 years on the structural components

  • 10-15 years on the powder coat

  • 10 years on plastic and composite parts

  • 5 years on the motor

  • 5 years on manual systems

  • 3 years on the remote control and accessories

Outdoor Kitchens

Each outdoor kitchen features appliances that are backed by individual manufacturer warranties, depending on brand and model, and a 5-year labor warranty. 

 

Tongue and Groove Ceilings

At every level (Good, Better, Best), cedar tongue and groove ceilings come with a 5-year labor warranty on craftsmanship, and a 1-year warranty on materials.

 

 

Outdoor Lighting

Lighting installed across all levels (Good, Better, and Best) includes a 5-year manufacturer warranty and a 1-year labor warranty.

 

MagnaTrack Motorized Screens

All MagnaTrack screen systems come with premium warranty coverage:

  • 15 years on aluminum components

  • 2 years on electrical components (excluding motors)

  • 5 years on electrical motors

  • 10 years on standard screen materials

  • 1 year on welding/stitching of vinyl materials

Thermory Barrel Saunas

All Thermory Barrel Saunas installed by Impact Enclosures include the manufacturer’s limited warranties, and a 5-year warranty on craftsmanship.

  • 5-Year limited warranty against rot and decay, under normal use and conditions

  • 2-Year limited warranty covering defects covering construction, manufacturing and material defects, and also against rot
